The flow of the water is very low or weak, can it be adjusted?
Either the water pressure for your LG 24 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator, Model # LFX25973D is too low or that your built-in LG LT500P® - 6 Month / 500 Gallon Capacity Replacement Refrigerator Water Filter needs to be changed. The water pressure for the refrigerator must be between 40 and120 psi (280 and 830kPa) for you to get the normal flow of water from the water dispenser. Check to make sure that the shutoff valve for your water supply line is turned on fully. If you have a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System connected to your refrigerator, the water pressure to the reverse osmosis system needs to be a minimum of 40 and 60 psi ( 280 and 420 kPa), and should take less than 2.0~3.0 sec. to fill a cup of 7 oz (200 cc) capacity. It is recommended that you replace the water filter when the water filter indicator light turns on or when the water dispenser or ice maker noticeably decreases production...^Ivan

What is the "correct" replacement part for the lower freezer drawer? I ordered a new one from encompass and it is too large to fit inside. The part that was sent, AJP73934401 28" wide. I measured between lower drawer slides 27" wide.

Is the freezer supposed to have a snow close option?

Please pardon us, but we are not familiar with what a "snow close" option is and would need some clarification to determine if the LG 24 cu. ft. French Door Refrigerator, Model # LFX25973D has that option...^IFV

The LFX25973D has an Auto Closing Door Hinge. The freezer does not have a slow close option. We would like to remove the glide n Serve bin and just have the 2 crisper bins at the bottom. Is that possible, do we need to order different crisper bins so they will fit there?

Hello WKgire, the set up of the unit does not allow for the Glide N' Serve® Drawer to be removed and crisper drawers put in its place. ^AC
